1. Iapos;m a Canadian partner, and I just signed up for extended health care and provincial health care through starbucks.

Do I get sent some sort of card that I can use when I go and get my teeth pulled out or get my eye exam? I want to start making appointments, but I donapos;t know how I would convey my insurance information to the clinics... When would one get this card?

Will MSP send me bills anymore? or is it all taken care of via starbucks?

2. Yesterday we had a customer try and use a registered Duetto card to get on the internet, and she couldnapos;t figure out how to. Since her card was a visa, and not a normal sbux card, i couldnapos;t find any number to enter into the little boxes. Card number? pin? how does a duetto card log on?

she said she was told through promo materials that a store would provide her with a pin, but no-one (including my SM) had ever heard of that, and the store portal was useless.
